Every September, the yoga community comes together to celebrate National Yoga Month — a dedicated time to promote the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. Launched by the Department of Health & Human Services, this month-long celebration is about more than just movement; it’s about mindful living, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or someone who's been thinking about going to a class but hasn't quite made the leap, September is your invitation to roll out your mat and begin.

Why September Is the Perfect Time to Begin (or Return to) Yoga
